Dorrie Day is not your traditional Careers event – It’s a vibrant event that will spark enthusiasm and shine the spotlight on each person’s unique professional journey.

We, The First Nations Bailai, Gurang, Gooreng Gooreng, and Taribelang Bunda Peoples cordially invite your school, students from years 4 to 12, and parent/s or guardians to participate in Dorrie Day 2024 – a Carnival of Careers’.

The success of Dorrie Day 2023 was remarkable, boasting over 130 exhibitors, 550 First Nations school students, and a turnout of over 2000 individuals at both the Gladstone and Bundaberg events. The First Nations Bailai, Gurang, Gooreng Gooreng, and Taribelang Bunda Peoples warmly invite your school and students from Grade 4 to Grade 12 to participate in Dorrie Day 2024 — a Carnival of Careers.

While we don't guarantee job placements, we strive to impart knowledge that will help individuals make informed decisions regarding their future employment choices.
